Product Designer (AI)

Location: Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX; the role requires being able to work from the Austin office at least one day per week. Minimal travel is required.

Salary: $122,500–$168,400 per year. Bonus eligible; not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design from research and concept development through delivery and refinement.
• Create responsive, high-fidelity web and mobile designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
• Design directly in the AI-powered Document Crunch product and improve user flows through usability testing.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to bring features to market and communicate design decisions.
• Contribute to the evolution of scalable design systems and synthesize analytics, testing, and customer feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating responsive, high-fidelity product design work with measurable impact.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
• Knowledge of user-centered design, usability testing, systems design, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or complex data-driven systems.
• Familiarity with construction or contract management workflows.
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or design systems.
