What you will do

• Lead design process from concept to implementation ensuring quality and consistency
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and UI specifications
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs
• Align designs with product vision, user needs, and business goals
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with strong portfolio in web and mobile applications
• Exceptional visual design, prototyping, and interaction design skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in user research and usability testing
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
