Lead Account Executive, Engagement (Payments)

Location: Chihuahua, Mexico; in-office 100%

What you will do

• Sell merchant services to businesses through field sales, telephone communication, marketing programs, and online presentations.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, typically with annual net revenue of $200,000 or more.
• Identify, qualify, and advance prospects through the sales pipeline within assigned territories.
• Close additional product and service sales while managing client relationships and expectations.
• Maintain prospect and client records, activity notes, scheduled interactions, and reports in Salesforce CRM.
• Build knowledge of the merchant payments product portfolio and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• B2B sales experience and cold-calling experience.
• Demonstrated success in a previous sales role.
• Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
• Expert knowledge of the merchant payment industry.
