Supervisor, Production (Casino Entertainment)

Salary: $82,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee entertainment production, stage operations, showroom operations, lounges, and related venues.
• Manage inventory control for entertainment equipment and account for labor and production costs.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, appraise, and supervise assigned personnel.
• Prepare or manage financial and staffing budgets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment and address operational issues.
• Prepare detailed reports, memos, and correspondence while working with department-specific software.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in a related field and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Management experience is required.
• Knowledge of audio, video, and lighting hardware.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle complex problems, prepare reports, and manage budgets.
• Ability to work in a hectic, crowded, noisy, and sometimes smoke-filled entertainment environment, including lifting 10–30 pounds.

Nice to have

• Three to five years of experience in the casino entertainment industry.
• Experience working with labor unions.
