2nd Shift Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Liverpool, New York, USA; onsite, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Salary: $68,400–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Directly supervise production personnel, including hiring, performance management, promotions, disciplinary actions, timekeeping, overtime, vacation scheduling, and labor allocation.
• Lead safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence initiatives across the manufacturing plant.
• Optimize production workflows, schedules, load factors, capacity, and tool utilization.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Drive KPIs related to safety, cost, quality, inventory, and service.
• Lead 5S, housekeeping, waste reduction, audits, daily huddles, and safety meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with printing processes such as HTL, screen press, or graphic printing is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze operational data and manage scheduling, budgeting, and resource control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work onsite in Liverpool, New York, on the second shift.
