Senior Manager, End User Computing

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; approximately 10% travel to locations within the US and Canada, including retail and warehouse sites.

Annual base pay: USD 160,225–176,719, with potential additional equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the global Endpoint Engineering team.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for iOS, Windows, Android, and Azure VDI platforms.
• Manage corporate, warehouse, and retail devices, including computers, mobile devices, POS systems, handheld scanners, and conference room equipment.
• Modernize endpoint computing through automation, zero-touch deployment, self-service capabilities, and scalable platform engineering.
• Oversee application packaging, deployment, patching, testing, lifecycle management, and onboarding of software and AI-enabled tools.
• Partner with Security, IT Support, Identity, and Retail Operations on Zero Trust, endpoint reliability, vendor management, budgets, and complex issue resolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in End User Computing, Endpoint Engineering, or a related discipline, including 3+ years leading technical engineering teams.
• Experience managing large-scale endpoint environments with 10,000+ devices across corporate and retail IT systems.
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune/SCCM, Jamf, Google, and SureMDM.
• Hands-on experience with POS platforms, retail infrastructure, endpoint security, compliance, device governance, and Zero Trust principles.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting and APIs, plus experience managing vendors, licensing, and budgets.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% to locations within the US and Canada.
