What you will do

• Build, manage, and support complex Windows and Linux application stacks and infrastructure.
• Deploy, configure, and support VMware technologies including vCenter, ESX, and Horizon.
• Automate configurations using Puppet Enterprise and manage system performance and availability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to implement scalable solutions and ensure compliance.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to improve system efficiency and automation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Bastrop, New York, Palo Alto, or San Jose, USA
• 3 to 5 years experience managing large-scale Windows and Linux server environments and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of Puppet Enterprise, VMware, NetApp storage, and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with configuration management, scalable storage solutions, and performance metrics.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of orchestration tools.
