Senior IT Administrator (Microsoft/Endpoint Management)

What you will do

• Manage Windows and macOS endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, including provisioning, zero-touch deployment, patching, applications, policies, compliance, and security controls.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Defender, Microsoft Entra ID, and Defender for Office 365.
• Design and maintain IT integrations and automations with Workato, Okta Workflows, PowerShell, APIs, ServiceNow, HR systems, and endpoint management platforms.
• Configure ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer, forms, business rules, and related integrations.
• Provide advanced technical support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom, conference rooms, and company events.
• Deliver high-touch support to executives and executive assistants and act as an escalation point for complex technology issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in IT administration, systems administration, endpoint management, or a related field.
• Extensive enterprise experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Windows Autopilot, and Apple Automated Device Enrollment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Defender for Office 365, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Okta, Okta Workflows, Microsoft Graph API, ServiceNow, IT integrations, and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle complex technical issues and support C-level executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise networking, certificate-based authentication, or Wi-Fi technologies.
• Microsoft, Jamf, Okta, ServiceNow, or other relevant technical certifications.
