What you will do

• Support the development and management of internal and external marketing programs.
• Coordinate email builds, campaign quality assurance, event support, reporting, and post-event outreach.
• Work with Campaign Managers, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to deliver program tasks and deliverables.
• Apply program development and management best practices and create processes aligned with program objectives.
• Track engagement, click-through rates, event participation, pipeline generation, and other program outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Effective communication, organization, prioritization, and scheduling skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate with varied audiences.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Post-offer employment requires a background check and drug screen.

Nice to have

• Experience with program administration, program development, or program management.
• Experience managing financial budgets or accounting tasks.
