Sr Manager - Digital Marketing Campaigns, Global Digital Health

Location: On-site in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Travel up to 10%; relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Oversee global digital marketing projects that drive customer demand, traffic, retention, and return on investment.
• Manage email, text, in-app, social media, and other customer journeys across CRM programs.
• Create and publish website content, including blogs, videos, product information, and FAQs.
• Optimize website search visibility, AI Search/LLM performance, usability, conversion, and on-site experiences.
• Develop targeted patient and professional education materials and support digital product and franchise KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder influence, project decisions, and campaign performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English communication skills across reading, writing, understanding, and speaking.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms, data management, privacy and consent, and analytics.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Marketing Cloud or Braze.
• Expertise in customer journey design, trigger data, performance tracking, A/B testing, and personalization.
