Creative Team Lead (AI & Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale an AI-driven creative design team from 3 to 6 members.
• Own task distribution, capacity planning, production flow, quality control, and delivery deadlines.
• Set creative direction for static paid-media advertisements, including concepts, hooks, visual angles, and photorealistic AI visuals.
• Build a creative testing loop by analyzing performance data, documenting winning concepts, and developing new iterations.
• Track AI models and tools, run R&D, and develop prompt and style libraries for consistent quality.
• Partner with creative, marketing, media buying, video, and engineering teams to improve workflows, pipelines, presets, and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading creative or design teams in digital marketing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, prioritization, quality control, and deadline management skills.
• Strong visual craft in composition, lighting, color, typography, and anatomy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience connecting AI outputs to traditional design workflows.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI image platforms and photorealistic visual generation, including the ability to identify and fix artifacts.
• Solid knowledge of static advertising for Google, Meta, and other paid channels, plus fluent spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of performance marketing creatives and AI-generated photorealistic work with measurable results.
• Experience with high-CPA verticals such as home improvement, insurance, health, legal, or finance.
• Experience creating visuals for North American audiences.
• Understanding of how static visuals feed video production pipelines.
