Manager, Visual Design (AI)

Location: Hybrid; requires 3 days per week in the Walnut Creek, California office

Salary: $132,465–$165,580 per year

What you will do

• Lead the ongoing development of the brand system, defining assets, and brand guidelines site.
• Provide high-level art direction and quality oversight across visual assets and multi-channel campaigns.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of visual designers while planning capacity and capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into visual strategies in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with copywriting, content, video, and email teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Identify and implement emerging tools and capabilities, including AI-assisted design and interactive media.

Requirements

• Strong, multifaceted portfolio demonstrating leadership of multi-channel campaigns and sophisticated corporate branding.
• Ability to balance business objectives with pixel-perfect visual execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills for communicating with creative and business stakeholders.
• Expert command of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with an understanding of marketing automation and project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field with 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of visual design experience.
• 5 years of management experience and a diverse demo reel showing high-end production and quick-turn marketing content.

• Agency or in-house production experience.
