Graphic Design Team Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Latvia; 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Salary: €4,585–€5,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Manage, support, coach, and develop Graphic Designers.
• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted workflows for concept development, asset production, iteration, and approvals.
• Plan workloads, distribute assignments, set deadlines, and monitor project progress in Jira.
• Oversee creative projects from concept to final delivery for Live Casino products, including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, and Game Shows.
• Review creative work for quality, consistency, feasibility, and brand alignment.
• Coordinate designers, Project Managers, Product Owners, and senior stakeholders while addressing risks, blockers, and delivery issues.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in Graphic or Digital Design and direct experience managing Graphic Designers.
• At least 5 years of experience managing people, projects, or creative teams.
• Professional experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI design tools, Jira, and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience applying AI in design production and evaluating AI-generated work for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Ability to plan workloads, manage competing priorities, provide constructive feedback, and handle difficult conversations.
• Genuine interest in people and creative operations rather than primarily hands-on design.

Nice to have

• Around 10 years of Graphic or Digital Design experience.
• Previous experience as a Design Manager, Design Lead, Creative Lead, or Creative Director.
• Experience in iGaming, gaming, entertainment, broadcast, or digital-product design, especially Live Casino, table-game, or Game Show products.
• Experience building AI-assisted design pipelines, prompt libraries, internal guidelines, or designer training.
• Knowledge of commercial AI licensing, copyright, data privacy, and style-consistency techniques.
