Creative Manager (AI/Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Base pay: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of one-pagers, white papers, ebooks, case studies, videos, ads, presentations, web pages, and event creative.
• Translate research, product updates, customer stories, and strategic briefs into compelling visual deliverables.
• Own and evolve the visual brand, including guidelines, templates, and the design system.
• Improve the creative intake, prioritization, briefing, review, and delivery process.
• Build and operate agentic workflows with Claude and other AI tools to automate repeatable production tasks and asset creation.
• Manage freelancers, agencies, creative resources, project status, workload, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative production, brand, or design leadership.
• Portfolio demonstrating print and digital collateral, long-form content, video, and digital advertising.
• Experience evolving a visual brand system and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, WordPress, and other CMS tools.
• Proficiency with AI tools for creative production and workflow automation; agent-building experience is a major plus.
• Strong communication, visual judgment, project management, executive collaboration, and quality-control skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology or a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience managing freelancers, vendors, and agency partners.
• Experience working directly with C-suite executives.
