Location: Office-based in Carrollton, Texas, or Moorpark, California, United States

Salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage high-risk and complex loan portfolios, including post-sale FHA properties, 203K loans, and government-backed and conventional loans.
• Track preservation milestones and conveyance timeframes to ensure compliance with investor and insurer requirements.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and approve vendor repair bids while minimizing servicing advances and loss exposure.
• Review completed repair work, property photos, inspections, insurance claims, and daily reports for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate responses to consumer complaints, city code violations, receiverships, and demolition orders, escalating risk indicators to leadership.

Requirements

• Must work from the office in Carrollton, Texas, or Moorpark, California.
• Ability to assess property condition and required repairs against FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Ability to review bids, photos, and inspections and track ongoing vendor work across more than 200 loans.
• Strong organization, ethics, attention to detail, critical thinking, mathematical skills, and sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management.
