Creative Team Lead (AI & Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale an AI-driven creative design team from 3 to 6 people.
• Own task distribution, capacity planning, production flow, quality control, and delivery deadlines.
• Set creative direction for concepts, hooks, visual angles, and performance-focused static advertising.
• Build creative testing loops, maintain a database of winning creatives, analyze failures, and turn performance data into new iterations.
• Research AI models and tools, run R&D, and develop prompt and style libraries for consistent quality.
• Partner with the Generative AI Pipeline Engineer, Creative Producers, Marketers, Copywriters, Media Buyers, and Video Editors on workflows, automation, strategy, and bottleneck resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading creative or design teams in digital marketing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, quality control, and deadline management skills.
• Strong visual craft across composition, lighting, color, typography, and anatomy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to connect AI outputs to traditional design pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI image platforms such as Figma Weave, Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway, or similar, including creating photorealistic visuals and correcting artifacts.
• Understanding of static advertising for Google, Meta, and other paid media channels, with fluent spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of performance marketing creatives and AI-generated photorealistic work.
• Experience with high-CPA verticals such as home improvement, insurance, health, legal, or finance.
• Experience creating visuals for North American audiences.
• Understanding of how static visuals feed video production pipelines.
