AI Designer & Creative Technologist

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working policy. The role works with UK teams, mostly remotely, with in-person creative sprints and workshops where possible.

What you will do

• Turn creative briefs into AI-generated and AI-enhanced imagery, video, and motion for social, paid, digital, and campaign work.
• Build prompt libraries, model workflows, automation pipelines, scripts, plugins, and browser utilities that improve creative production.
• Finish AI output in Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro while maintaining brand and character consistency.
• Create concepts, styleframes, and visual explorations for pitches, campaigns, and creative sprints.
• Advise creative directors, account teams, producers, and clients on AI capabilities, costs, risks, and suitable production routes.
• Manage responsible AI use, including data handling, intellectual property, likeness, disclosure, and provenance metadata.

Requirements

• Professional portfolio of AI-generated or AI-enhanced work.
• Strong design fundamentals in composition, typography, colour, and screen-based visual quality.
• Hands-on experience with node-based AI workflows and models such as Flux, Veo, Kling, and Sora.
• Strong Photoshop skills plus working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Ability to use scripting or automation, including Python, JavaScript, ExtendScript, Figma plugins, or ComfyUI.
• Fluent English and confidence presenting work to creative directors, account teams, and clients.

Nice to have

• Motion, 3D, or VFX background.
• Custom model training, LLM APIs, agentic tooling, or content provenance standards experience.
