Salary: $168,000–$252,000 annually

What you will do

• Drive strategy and execution for the Water Sector Alternative Delivery Practice.
• Manage complex Design-Build project lifecycles from concept through construction.
• Lead high-impact pursuits by building teams, shaping pricing and contract terms, and forming joint ventures.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Promote expertise through industry events, CRM-driven outreach, and business development.
• Oversee active Design-Build projects and ensure client expectations are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in the transportation sector with a strong focus on alternative delivery methods.
• Proven success in business development, including winning and delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in strategic teaming, pricing structures, and contract negotiations with transportation contractors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high ethical standards, client focus, and collaborative leadership style.
• Experience working toward technical excellence in diverse and inclusive teams.

• Professional credentials such as PE, CCM, R.A., AICP, or DBIA.
