Services Project Manager III (Insurance Technology)

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: $92,200–$131,700 CAD per year, with potential annual bonus compensation.

What you will do

• Manage key client projects and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, responsibilities, and detailed implementation plans.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, lead meetings, and report or escalate issues to management.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Create project documentation, spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps, and client-facing presentations.
• Monitor project progress, interpret data, identify trends, and convert findings into actions and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent additional years of experience.
• Practical experience in Services Project Management or a closely related function.
• Experience delivering moderately to highly complex work in a global software, SaaS, technology, insurance technology, or comparable environment.
• Applied knowledge of project management practices, processes, tools, governance, risk, controls, and policy compliance.
• Strong analytical judgment, structured problem-solving, planning, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada and collaborate independently with distributed teams.

• Advanced degree, professional certification, or specialized training relevant to Services Project Management.
• Experience improving processes, tools, reporting, controls, or operating practices.
