Services Project Manager III (SaaS)

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: $92,200–$131,700 CAD annually, with potential annual bonus compensation.

What you will do

• Manage key client projects and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, responsibilities, and delivery plans.
• Monitor project progress and manage changes to scope, schedules, and costs.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders and escalate risks or issues to management.
• Develop presentation materials, project documentation, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience, with relevant functional experience.
• Practical experience in Services Project Management or a closely related function.
• Experience delivering moderately to highly complex work in a global software, SaaS, technology, insurtech, or comparable environment.
• Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day instruction and collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of project management practices, tools, operating standards, governance, risk, controls, and compliance.
• Strong planning, analytical judgment, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree, professional certification, or specialized training in Services Project Management.
• Experience improving processes, tools, reporting, controls, or operating practices.
• Experience partnering with distributed teams across regions, business units, or functional areas.
