Instructional Designer (AI-Forward Curriculum Design & Development)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end learning solutions using ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Analyze business requirements, training needs, knowledge gaps, and performance challenges.
• Develop curriculum maps, learning paths, lesson plans, facilitator guides, learner materials, job aids, assessments, and e-learning content.
• Use generative AI and other AI tools for content analysis, storyboarding, scripting, drafting, and content refinement while maintaining instructional quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to validate content and deliver projects on time.
• Support train-the-trainer sessions, coordinate deployment readiness, and evaluate learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of Learning & Development experience focused on curriculum design, content development, and training delivery.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a BPO environment.
• Experience applying ADDIE and SAM, adult learning principles, and learning theories.
• Experience creating instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced, or e-learning materials and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Strong communication, collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills, including experience using AI tools in instructional design workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience facilitating training programs, workshops, or train-the-trainer sessions.
• Experience with Rise 360, Storyline, or similar e-learning authoring tools and exposure to Learning Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Webex.
• Experience in telecom, retail, customer service, technical support, or similar industries.
• Knowledge of accessibility, inclusive learning design, multimedia production, or relevant professional certifications.
