Functional and Technical Enablement - Learning & Development Specialist

Location: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines. Work schedule: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippine Time.

What you will do

• Partner with department leads across Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and other business functions to identify skill gaps and build role-specific training modules, system guides, and quick-reference toolkits.
• Facilitate hands-on system walkthroughs, process training, and operational skills workshops.
• Create microlearning assets and bite-sized digital guides that support employees in their daily workflows.
• Support configuration and rollout of the learning platform, including functional-skill mapping, course assignments, and departmental completion tracking.
• Monitor completion rates and basic performance metrics, and improve learning resources based on business needs and outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in L&D, functional training such as Sales or Support training, or an operational role with substantial onboarding or coaching responsibilities.
• Experience creating clear, practical training content, including presentations, microlearning guides, or video walkthroughs.
• Ability to learn new software, internal systems, and workflows quickly and explain them simply to others.
• Action-oriented approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment where training needs change rapidly.
