What you will do

• Design and facilitate onboarding and continuous learning programs covering product knowledge, compliance, and soft skills.
• Conduct training sessions through virtual platforms, classroom instruction, and on-the-job coaching.
• Identify learning needs via training needs analysis and implement solutions to close performance gaps.
• Develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, job aids, and microlearning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, competency evaluations, and QA scores.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure content accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Education, Psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or facilitation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficiency with training tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Willingness to travel for field visits and conduct on-site coaching.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience in the lending, fintech, or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in other Philippine dialects.
