Technical Service Engineer for Components of the Auxiliaries (Gas Turbine Auxiliaries)

What you will do

• Perform technical clarification of purchased and auxiliary parts used in gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.
• Identify and clarify valves, pumps, motors, actuators, filters, measurement equipment, and other components.
• Prioritize clarification requests from customers, purchasing, and internal departments based on business impact and market requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical data for order processing in cooperation with interface departments.
• Support workflow harmonization, digitization, and automation of parts and data management.
• Collaborate with service engineering, operational purchasing, and global experts on strategic improvement projects.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a related field; relevant field experts are also considered.
• Strong knowledge and professional experience with valves, pumps, motors, actuators, filters, and measurement equipment.
• Ability to work independently, organize effectively, solve problems, and move topics forward proactively.
• Experience working in international matrix organizations and across diverse functions and teams.
• Advanced English skills required.
• Work location must be in Portugal for remote work; the role follows a hybrid remote/office setup.

• Experience with steam turbine auxiliaries.
