Senior Associate/Associate Manager, Operations - Private Consumer Credit (LH-BPO)

Location: Hybrid in West Palm Beach, Florida, New York City, or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Salary: $65,000–$115,000 USD annually for New York.

What you will do

• Support daily operations for private consumer credit portfolios and investment activities.
• Process, settle, and manage the lifecycle of private credit transactions.
• Review and reconcile cash, positions, transactions, valuations, and portfolio data.
• Research and resolve operational discrepancies, exceptions, and escalations.
• Coordinate with Fund Accounting, Investor Services, Technology, clients, administrators, custodians, lenders, counterparties, and other service providers.
• Support investment onboarding, process improvements, system implementations, documentation, and operational controls; provide workflow oversight at Associate Manager level.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, asset management, lending operations, or a related financial services environment.
• Experience with transaction processing, settlements, reconciliations, cash management, and exception resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data and time-sensitive priorities.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution.

Nice to have

• Experience with private consumer credit, private credit, structured credit, loan operations, or alternative investments.
• Knowledge of private credit or consumer credit investment lifecycles.
• Experience with loan servicing platforms, investment accounting systems, or financial operations technology.
• Experience with process improvements, operational controls, system implementations, or complex workflow oversight.
