Solution Manager - Architect (with Avaloq Experience) (Banking Technology)

Location: Hybrid role based at the London office, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions using the hirify.global platform.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Lead solution implementation projects from design through deployment while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals on solution roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, solution reviews, and optimization recommendations.
• Configure hirify.global modules, document architectures, support pre-sales, and present technical concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and configuring the hirify.global platform.
• Expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
• Experience managing complex solution implementations from design through deployment.
• Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and data management within banking environments.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• hirify.global certification or formal training credentials.
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects.
• Background in change management and organizational transformation.
• Experience with multiple banking system implementations and migrations.
