Data Solution Architect (RegTech)

What you will do

• Design and own end-to-end data solution architectures for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Translate complex business and product requirements into architectural designs aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define technical standards for data modelling, integration patterns, system design, and secure data handling.
• Provide technical leadership, review solution designs and implementations, and guide engineering teams.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and architectural limitations.
• Support CI/CD, testing, deployment strategies, architectural documentation, and cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of experience in data architecture, software engineering, or technical leadership.
• Strong experience designing and delivering scalable data solutions and distributed data systems in production.
• Expertise in data modelling, system design, integration patterns, SQL, and large-scale data processing.
• Experience with ETL/data pipeline tools such as SSIS or equivalent frameworks.
• Programming experience with Python or similar languages for data processing and automation.
• Ability to define technical standards, lead design, guide delivery, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
