What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution definition and delivery across multi-workstream programmes.
• Translate complex requirements into executable architectures and create detailed implementation designs.
• Develop proofs of concept, test plans, and performance analyses to validate solution feasibility.
• Own technical specifications, document user stories and constraints, and govern quality, security, performance, and resilience requirements.
• Identify project risks, evaluate alternatives, and define technical roadmaps and solution proposals.
• Provide technical leadership, communicate with delivery teams, customers, and stakeholders, and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Java, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with modern software architecture, including cloud-native, cloud-optimized, and microservices architectures.
• Experience in solution definition, problem-solving, project management, and cloud computing.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
