Salesforce Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and transformation initiatives.
• Lead Salesforce architecture for Customer Due Diligence, Agentforce, Data 360, LWC, Flow, Apex, APIs, and reporting.
• Apply AI to improve automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows.
• Translate complex Salesforce concepts into actionable designs for developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Represent the Salesforce function in director-level forums and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Sales Operations, and other architects to ensure cohesive delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
• At least 6 years of experience with Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, Flow, APIs, reporting, Salesforce Lightning Experience, and declarative tools.
• Experience with Agentforce and Data 360; at least 1 year of Agentforce experience.
• Expertise in OmniStudio and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Large-scale implementation experience in a fast-paced change environment.
• Salesforce Technical Architect and Platform Developer II certifications; CPQ and other specialist certifications are preferred.

Nice to have

• Agentforce Revenue Management experience.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Power BI, and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Consulting background and fintech or financial services experience.
• CPQ and other specialist Salesforce certifications.
