Lead Corporate Engineer (Network and Security)

What you will do

• Own network incidents end to end across Cisco Meraki MX, MS and MR, LAN/WAN, VPN and firewall environments.
• Lead clinic-room readiness for new openings, coordinating AV vendors, Facilities and Clinic leads for Sonos, Soundtrack, Dante and debrief-room displays.
• Manage the network partner relationship and define a scalable operating model for network ownership and support.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender XDR, and build PowerShell or Microsoft Graph automation.
• Document network architecture, configurations and troubleshooting procedures while improving Corporate Engineering processes and tooling.
• Partner with global teams and travel to US sites for onsite requirements and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Strong networking fundamentals covering LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS and Wi-Fi.
• Hands-on Cisco Meraki troubleshooting and working knowledge of Azure networking, including VPN, Point-to-Site, VNets and NSGs.
• Experience acting as the technical point of contact for a network vendor or managed service provider.
• Onsite IT operations experience in busy multi-site environments such as offices, retail, hospitality or clinics.
• Administration experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender XDR across Windows, macOS and iOS.
• PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph or API experience, strong documentation and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinic or venue AV systems, including Sonos amplifiers, Soundtrack, Dante audio, meeting-room displays and NUCs.
• Experience launching new offices or sites in a fast-scaling company.
• Experience migrating between platforms or bringing outsourced services in-house.
• Confident use of AI to draft scripts, document incidents and accelerate diagnosis with appropriate hands-on verification.
