What you will do

• Monitor and support IT infrastructure during day and night shifts.
• Diagnose and resolve server and network hardware issues within the data center.
• Perform installation, upgrades, and decommissioning of IT hardware.
• Manage and maintain fiber optic and patch cable connectivity.
• Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
• Solid understanding of server and networking equipment.
• Practical, hands-on experience with server hardware, network switches, and fiber optic cabling.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with day and night shifts.

Nice to have

• Valid Category B driving license.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and command-line tools.
