Consultant, Commercial Analytics

Location: Hybrid in Evanston, Illinois, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, ongoing basis and must not require current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Research, organize, process, analyze, and visualize client data for pharmaceutical and life sciences commercialization projects.
• Build and maintain data processes, reports, dashboards, slide decks, and other client deliverables.
• Run scheduled processes, refresh recurring reports, and troubleshoot ad-hoc data and reporting issues.
• Translate client requests into concrete deliverables and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with globally distributed teams and serve as a liaison between clients and consulting teams.
• Guide, train, and mentor Associate Consultants while leading small project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2–4 years of professional experience, or a PhD.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, adaptability, and the ability to lead small groups.
• Intermediate coding skills in SAS, Python, R, or VBA, and/or knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
• Permanent, ongoing authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.

• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources and life sciences domain knowledge.
