Relationship Manager - International Corporate Banking

What you will do

• Acquire new corporate clients and manage existing relationships in line with policies, procedures, and risk appetite.
• Conduct financial analysis, credit assessments, appraisals, and prepare credit applications.
• Identify lending, selling, and cross-selling opportunities by assessing clients’ financial health, industries, and markets.
• Review client needs, resolve complaints within agreed turnaround times, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Conduct client visits, monitor risk profiles, and report material changes to approving authorities.
• Cross-sell corporate finance, project and structured finance, transaction services, debt markets, treasury, and Islamic banking products.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience managing corporate client relationships and portfolios in banking, preferably in the MENA region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of credit skills, deal structuring, balance sheet analysis, and key financial ratios.
• Eligibility is limited to UAE nationals.

Nice to have

• CFA, MBA, or FRM qualification.
• Arabic language skills.
