Field Validation Executive

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; on-site field role across assigned UAE territories

What you will do

• Conduct field visits to map potential dealership partners and gather market intelligence on dealership volumes, brands, and financing opportunities.
• Validate dealership authenticity, operational status, trade licenses, business credentials, and sales representative information.
• Onboard dealerships and their staff by explaining processes, documentation requirements, and product offerings.
• Build relationships with dealership owners, managers, and sales teams while handling onboarding and operational queries.
• Maintain daily field activity reports and update CRM records with dealership profiles, contact details, and verification status.
• Coordinate with operations, report network expansion progress, and escalate discrepancies or compliance concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, verification, or surveys, preferably in automotive, auto-finance, banking, or fintech.
• Experience with dealer network development, merchant onboarding, or field verification is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations, documentation verification, onboarding processes, CRM platforms, and mobile data collection tools.
• Strong relationship-building, data accuracy, planning, discrepancy identification, and independent field-work skills.
