Product Manager (Safety Software)

Location: Fully remote; occasional travel for internal meetings, customer engagements, or industry events

Annual base salary: $120,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and product direction for daily safety operations solutions.
• Lead customer and stakeholder discovery using qualitative feedback, product data, and market analysis.
• Translate user needs and business goals into requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Design to deliver reliable, user-centered software.
• Prioritize opportunities while balancing customer impact, business value, regulatory considerations, scalability, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate releases and launches across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience focused on building and scaling software products.
• Experience leading complex software products from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to understand complex workflows, integrations, and technical and operational constraints.
• Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and data-informed decision-making skills.
• Comfort working in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities and incomplete information.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, customer engagements, or industry events.

Nice to have

• Experience with K-12 education, workflow management, or safety-related software.
