Software Engineer (Fintech)

hirify.global develops and operates PRIIP Cloud, a central application platform for generating regulatory documentation and data outputs for structured products and OTC derivatives.

What you will do

• Provide Level 3 technical support for Tier 1 bank clients and internal stakeholders, resolving technical requests accurately and under tight deadlines.
• Structure technical data for complex, exotic, and novel trades so the platform can process them.
• Build and extend initialization, enrichment, validation, and document-generation layers, including interfaces and agentic AI tools.
• Analyze how data moves through the platform and supports downstream services across hirify.global.
• Onboard and integrate clients into hirify.global systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineers, product specialists, quantitative and data analysts, regulatory and legal analysts, and linguists.

Requirements

• Experience in structured products, OTC derivatives, investment banking, or a related field with an interest in technology, or solid coding skills with exposure to financial concepts.
• Experience with or aptitude for client-facing technical support and an understanding of technical operations in software environments.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working with XML and JSON, making API calls, and reading or writing scripts to debug application logic.
• Experience with JavaScript, PHP, HTML, Java, XSLT, or SQL, plus Agile ways of working.
• Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, organization, prioritization, client focus, and reading comprehension for legal and regulatory documents; a university degree is required.

• Experience working with structured products, OTC derivatives, investment banking, or similar financial services environments.
• Interest in AI and new tools, technologies, and methods.
