Solution Manager (Insurance)

Location: Remote - United States

Base salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate initiative readiness by clarifying scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, milestones, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate quarterly planning and alignment across business, product, technology, operations, architecture, compliance, and shared services teams.
• Manage visibility into cross-team dependencies, constraints, delivery risks, milestones, and commitments.
• Facilitate issue resolution, tradeoff discussions, escalation of impediments, and remediation activities.
• Develop solution-level dashboards and reporting covering delivery progress, readiness, risks, and execution health.
• Lead retrospectives and continuous-improvement activities that strengthen planning and delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex business, technology, product, program, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience coordinating work across business and technology organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and dependencies.
• Strong facilitation, planning, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and iterative planning approaches.

Nice to have

• Experience with quarterly planning, portfolio execution, dependency management, or enterprise delivery coordination.
• Experience in financial services or insurance.
• Experience with Jira and enterprise planning or reporting tools.
• Agile, Product, Program, or Change Leadership certifications.
