Manager, Information Management (Virtual Design & Construction)

What you will do

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of digital information management processes, standards, governance, and project workflows.
• Administer and improve the Common Data Environment, currently Autodesk Forma, including configuration, permissions, templates, workflows, and information exchanges.
• Coordinate project information across internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor information quality, compliance, reporting, and project deliverables across large capital projects.
• Develop training materials, standard operating procedures, dashboards, and reporting to support digital project delivery.
• Follow Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures, training, and team involvement activities.

Requirements

• Experience in Information Management, BIM, digital project delivery, architecture, engineering, construction, document control, or a related field.
• Experience supporting large, complex capital projects involving multiple disciplines, organizations, and stakeholders is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting or administering a Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, Asite, Aconex, or a similar platform is preferred.
• Experience developing or implementing information governance, project standards, digital workflows, or document management processes is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, information management, information systems, project management, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
