Senior Creative Coordinator (AI)

Location: Leicester, Leicestershire, United Kingdom. On-site work in a photo studio, with flexibility to work at external studios or on location when required.

Salary from £36,00 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and inspire in-house and freelance creative teams in a large photo studio.
• Execute technical styling on set, including pinning, fitting, and tailoring garments for a diverse range of models.
• Research fashion and social trends across menswear, womenswear, and accessories, and create mood boards.
• Resolve fit issues and last-minute brief changes while maintaining shooting schedules.
• Oversee quality control and image selections before handing assets to the retouching team.
• Develop junior talent through performance reviews and regular one-to-one meetings, while collaborating with product coordination teams and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven management experience leading and developing creative teams in a large studio environment.
• Expert knowledge of creative and commercial styling, supported by a portfolio covering e-commerce and editorial shoots.
• Strong understanding of retail fashion, lifestyle trends, and competitors.
• Excellent organisation, workload management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in macOS, Google Workspace, and Capture One.
• Full UK driving licence required, with flexibility to work at external studios or on location.

Nice to have

• Experience using emerging AI tools for trend analysis, creative ideation, or image enhancement.
