What you will do

• Manage a dedicated residential property portfolio as the primary contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and agency teams.
• Use the hirify.global CRM to coordinate portfolio management and maintain service quality.
• Oversee maintenance, compliance, move-outs, and inspections.
• Resolve landlord, tenant, and contractor issues promptly and professionally.
• Negotiate deposit deductions with landlords and tenants, referring matters to TDS when required.
• Ensure properties comply with UK safety legislation and housing standards.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in operations or customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with adopting technology and using CRM platforms.
• Resilience and a proactive mindset in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK lettings regulations is optional.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a tech-enabled environment.
• Experience using multiple CRM systems.
