What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in quality laboratory environments while managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Define project scope with cross-functional teams and implement quality assurance processes for IT systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead project teams, promote continuous improvement, and drive adoption of project management best practices.
• Prepare project status reports and manage vendors supporting IT quality laboratory projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification and 7+ years of IT project management experience focused on quality assurance.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and quality assurance processes.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management, with a record of delivering projects in complex IT environments.
• Experience with LIMS and DMS solutions.
• Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance, plus strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
