Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Remote work and flexible hours may be available depending on the role and team. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence or in Spain.

What you will do

• Own projects that scale products, processes, and ways of working across the global Customer Success organization.
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, risks, follow-up, and outcomes for selected initiatives with local market teams.
• Implement new products across the existing product suite and customer base, scaling experiments and learnings between markets.
• Partner with local stakeholders and global product teams to align project direction and improve Customer Success KPIs.
• Own parts of the customer journey, including onboarding quality, health score, and retention.
• Collaborate with Operations on efficiency improvements and AI solutions that increase onboarding success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, program management, customer success, or operations in a complex, multi-product or multi-market business.
• Experience defining and executing business-wide projects and achieving target KPIs.
• Ability to interpret dashboards, analyze KPIs, design experiments and segmentation, and build models independently with AI.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills in multicultural teams, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Strategic thinking combined with a strong execution and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English and working proficiency in at least one additional Group language: Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, or Italian.
