SAP Project Manager / Scrum Master (SAP)

What you will do

• Manage software development projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Act as Scrum Master by facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and supporting continuous team improvement.
• Plan project resources, distribute tasks, and manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders, lead project meetings, and provide progress reports to clients.
• Maintain schedules, documentation, and workflows in Jira and Confluence; monitor budgets and mitigate risks.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, project estimates, planning, and proposal preparation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT project management experience with hands-on Scrum and Agile experience.
• Experience managing multiple IT projects, resources, stakeholders, and project delivery.
• Experience with Time & Material and Fixed-Price project models.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
• Bulgarian at C1+ level and English at B2+ level.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an interest in SAP project management.

Nice to have

• PSM I or an equivalent Scrum/Agile certification.
• Previous experience managing SAP-related projects.
