Finance Business Partner - FP&A (Commercial Finance)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at hirify.global offices and client sites for the majority of the week. Client-facing travel is required as business needs dictate.

What you will do

• Advise business leaders and senior stakeholders on financial performance, decision-making, and commercial strategy.
• Lead pricing, rate card, discount, deal economics, and margin optimization activities across engagements.
• Support client negotiations, procurement discussions, and the review and approval of complex deals.
• Drive forecasting and forward-looking planning for revenue, margins, and pipeline conversion.
• Provide financial reporting and proactive analysis for regions, business units, corporate functions, and client teams.
• Improve commercial finance processes, tools, and analytics, including the use of data and AI where relevant.

Requirements

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or an MBA in Finance with approximately five years of post-degree experience.
• Experience in commercial finance, business partnering, or FP&A.
• Prior management consulting experience is required.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders while maintaining an objective and independent finance perspective.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, critical thinking, judgment, and ability to solve unstructured problems.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the intended country of employment are required.

• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
