TL;DR
Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript/React): Building scalable, secure SaaS applications for cybersecurity learning across learner engagement, enterprise tools, payments, infrastructure, and certifications with an accent on end-to-end product ownership, API architecture, and user impact. Focus on designing reliable RESTful APIs and modern frontend interfaces, scaling platform services, using experimentation to validate product decisions, and mentoring engineers.
Location: 100% remote for candidates based in the UK or approved EU regions, with strong overlap with UK business hours required

What you will do
- Take ambiguous product problems from concept through design, implementation, and production deployment.
- Design scalable, reliable, and secure RESTful APIs and modern frontend interfaces.
- Build product capabilities across enterprise SSO, RBAC, licensing, learning progression, experimentation, payments, cloud VM delivery, and certifications.
- Work directly with product managers and designers in a cross-functional squad with end-to-end ownership.
- Improve engineering quality through code reviews, system design discussions, and mentoring.
- Use data, user feedback, and experimentation to validate product decisions.
Requirements
- UK or approved EU location and strong overlap with UK business hours required.
- Strong commercial full-stack experience building production SaaS applications.
- Advanced TypeScript, Node.js, and React experience, with MongoDB or SQL fundamentals.
- Experience taking ownership of features across database schemas, backend services, and user interfaces.
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude, with the judgment to evaluate and test generated code.
