What you will do

• Lead projects end-to-end, from technical strategy to final execution.
• Architect scalable solutions and apply best practices for AI-powered products.
• Communicate technical trade-offs, costs, and timelines clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Guide and mentor engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable technical decisions.
• Solve challenging technical problems and coordinate implementation across distributed teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Fullstack Development (React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL).
• English proficiency: B2-C1 level required for presenting and discussing ideas.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and software development best practices.
• Flexibility with working hours to align with Eastern USA time zone meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience with OAuth and single sign-on (SAML).
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).
