Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay: $188,500–$255,000 per year; the position may also include cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and prioritize curated data products combining signals across the embedded fintech platform.
• Develop data capabilities for payments, invoicing, bill pay, accounts payable, capital lending, and payroll systems.
• Identify predictive model opportunities, define data requirements and success criteria, and build business cases.
• Own the strategy for combining hirify.global data with external construction system data to improve product and portfolio insights.
• Own APIs and data services that make curated datasets available across hirify.global products and experiences.
• Lead collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Privacy, Legal, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams while tracking adoption and business impact.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of product management experience with data products, data platforms, analytics infrastructure, or ML/AI products in B2B SaaS.
• Experience turning raw platform data into derived data products or curated datasets.
• Understanding of entity-relationship design, semantic models, API design, core data models, and cross-system data tradeoffs.
• Technical ability to review data model designs, evaluate API contracts, and identify gaps in datasets.
• Experience influencing multiple teams without direct authority and communicating with senior leaders.
• BS or B.Tech degree required.
