Project Manager (IT-IA-IM Prog/Proj Mgr III) (Government)

Location: Onsite in Englewood, Colorado, five days per week; work performed at a government customer site in Aurora, Colorado. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $98,100–$216,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Gather stakeholder requirements, conduct technical assessments, and analyze requests for change across network and systems services.
• Coordinate multiple network projects and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions within customer SLOs and SLAs.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications through functional, schedule, cost, and requirements analysis.
• Develop project roadmaps, monitor KPIs, prepare executive status reports, and apply agile project management methods.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning, resolve project roadblocks, and support network modernization and incident resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, project records, reports, SOPs, data governance processes, and client-ready presentations.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• 16 years of combined work history and education, with qualifying combinations ranging from a doctorate plus 8 years to a high school diploma plus 16 years.
• Strong project coordination, organization, stakeholder communication, presentation, and prioritization skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with strong data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to follow government security procedures and maintain clearance eligibility throughout employment.

Nice to have

• Network IT infrastructure experience, including connectivity, switches, and routers.
• CAPM certification or commitment to obtain it within six months; PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Expert-level Microsoft Office proficiency, including Visio, and experience with project management tools.
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and HelpNow/ServiceNow.
