Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master

Location: Reston, VA, United States; on-site

Salary: $175,000–$215,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, scope, and budget.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate backlog priorities, customer requests, support work, and commitments across stakeholders and team leads.
• Manage risks, issues, impediments, action items, change control, deliverable reviews, and customer acceptance.
• Monitor capacity and delivery progress, coordinate corrective actions, and prepare customer status reports and briefings.
• Coach teams on practical Agile practices and use delivery metrics and retrospective feedback to improve performance.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in project management, Agile delivery, or a similar role.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead for cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including customer briefings, status reports, and use of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, PSM, or comparable certification.
• Experience supporting federal government or intelligence community customers.
• Experience coordinating enterprise application or IT support teams.
• Familiarity with service management, change control, operational support, or Oracle programs.
