Senior ServiceNow Developers

Location: Full-time onsite in Fort Meade, MD, Ogden, UT, or Scott AFB, IL, United States

What you will do

• Configure, customize, implement, and support ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and Workforce Management modules.
• Create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, roles, groups, dashboards, and business process flows.
• Design and build integrations with Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, and other applications and platforms.
• Support platform upgrades, data migration, process re-engineering, troubleshooting, and task automation.
• Integrate multiple data sources into a unified CMDB while maintaining data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional Agile teams, document solutions, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required, with eligibility for Secret clearance at minimum.
• Must be able to commute for full-time onsite support in Fort Meade, MD, Ogden, UT, or Scott AFB, IL.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, master’s degree with 6–10 years, or equivalent additional work experience.
• At least 6 years of technology infrastructure experience and 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification, such as Security+ CE, is required within 14 days of hire.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSM Pro Plus Suite certification.
• Experience with TSM, TNI, OMT, ITIL, AWS, JIRA, Git, Confluence, SAFe, Kanban, and Agile testing.
• Experience with DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, test-driven development, and legacy application modernization.
